    Frequently Asked Questions

    What is your refund, return, exchange policy?

    There is no refunds, returns, or exchanges for personalized products. We can only offer full refund or return if there was an error/issue on our part (such as wrong size / wrong color / wrong design / damaged item). Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make things right!

    If you placed an order by mistake and the package has already been shipped, you can refuse delivery when the package is dropped off and it will be returned to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a full refund.

    What shipping services/company do you use?

    For Domestic Orders, we use USPS First Class Mail with Tracking. Priority Mail is also available for an additional fee.

    For International Orders, we use First Class International. Please note that there may be customs delays therefore shipping times may vary.

    When will my package arrive?

    All of our products are currently Made-To-Order so it takes us about 2-5 business days to make (please refer to the estimated production time in each listing). The production time does not include the shipping time.

    DOMESTIC Shipping: Currently, the estimated delivery time once the package is dropped off to the post office is about 2-6 business days. There may be delays especially during the holidays.

    INTERNATIONAL Shipping: We cannot guarantee delivery dates due. It takes about 7–20 days for delivery but due to Customs, the delivery times may vary.

    All delivery turnaround time are estimates. If you need an order by a certain date, please message us before ordering.

    My shipping address is incorrect, can I change it?

    Please message us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped out yet, we may still be able to manually update the shipping label.

    Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

    Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting the order to prevent delays.

    What type of packaging do you use?

    We may ship our products in Gray Poly Mailers that vary in sizes. Large products may be shipped in cardboard boxes.

    For some Priority Mail Shipping, we use prepaid Priority Mail Boxes.

    Why is my package being sent to a different state?

    From our understanding, online sales have increased worldwide. This means that USPS and many other delivery companies are receiving more packages than usual. As a result, many local post offices often send packages to a larger facility that is able to sort and process at a faster rate.

    Why is tracking not being updated?

    From our understanding, USPS tracking will not update unless the package has been physically scanned. Due to the large increase in packages received every day, USPS may not be able to scan every single package.
